• Synchronize your favorites and saved content across devices

• Send you product and marketing email about Textual Chef (for example feature announcements, recipe highlights, and offers). Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops marketing email immediately. Service and billing messages (verification, receipts, trial-ending reminders) are sent regardless of marketing preferences because they are part of operating your account. We use Resend as our email delivery provider; your email address is shared with them solely to deliver our messages.

We may share the information we collect in the following circumstances:

3.1 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf, including:

• Payment Processors: We use Stripe for web and Apple payment processing, and Google Play for Android payment processing. These services collect payment information directly to process your transactions. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.
• Authentication Services: We use Firebase Authentication to manage user accounts and authentication.
• Cloud Storage: We use Firebase to store and synchronize your app data.

3.2 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if we believe that disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
